Gut health is all the rage today however, it can seem complicated.

It has recently come about just how important gut health actually is to contribute to a healthy functioning body.

We could chat about the benefits of gut health all day but in a nutshell it makes you feel better and flattens your stomach and even aides vitamin and mineral absorption.

So, how do we get to the point of having a healthy gut and maintaining it!

If like us you Have spent years abusing your gut and having no consideration for what you are throwing down into that ever growing pit then there are a few things we need to get rid of before we try to repair the damage!

  3. Carb heavy foods
  4. Trans fats
  5. Sweeteners
  6. Fat free foods

After ridding our body of these belly bullies we are now ready to move on to the next stage and that is flushing out the bad stuff, here is what you need to do.
